This book was born from a powerful request. Janice, a dedicated NYC educator, challenged me to create something her students—who she lovingly calls “her kids”—could truly connect with. She said they needed something fun, engaging, and easy to grasp to help them understand the advanced technology we’ve been introducing in their classroom through the One Planet Data Dashboard and AI Systems.
That challenge—and the joy and brilliance of Janice’s students—inspired Maya & Max’s Dashboard Adventure. The story follows two young students who solve a real-world problem using data, sensors, and teamwork, showing just how exciting and impactful smart technology can be.
This book is dedicated to Janice and her kids. Without them, there would be no story to tell.
From investigating sensor data to saving their school garden, Maya and Max lead young readers on an empowering journey into environmental care and STEM learning. It’s more than a book—it’s part of our mission to build a smarter, greener future, one young mind at a time.
